1890 farmhouse interior, full repaint
Sixteen rooms across three floors, including original plaster ceilings, hand-milled trim and a steep central staircase. Six weeks of preparation and application using Benjamin Moore Aura and Advance. Two-year warranty issued at completion.
12,000 sq ft retail buildout
Complete interior paint package on an aggressive eighteen-day schedule. Crew of six working night shifts to avoid disrupting adjacent tenants. Delivered on time and on budget. Sherwin-Williams Pro-Industrial throughout.
Cabinet refinishing, kitchen and pantry
Forty-eight cabinet doors and drawer fronts removed, sanded, primed and sprayed in our temperature-controlled shop. Frames brushed and rolled on site. Cabinets back in service within seven working days.
Coastal exterior, full strip and repaint
Two-storey cedar-shingle home requiring a complete strip back to substrate. Repaired and primed all damaged shingles, replaced thirty-two linear feet of fascia. Sherwin-Williams Emerald exterior, deep charcoal with crisp white trim.
