How much does a typical interior paint job cost? +
Most interior projects in Westchester run between $3 and $7 per square foot of floor area, depending on prep, ceiling height, and whether trim is included. We'll always give you a written, itemized estimate before any work starts — no surprises.
Are you insured? +
Yes. We carry full general liability and workers' compensation insurance. We're happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance to property managers, condo boards, or anyone who'd like to see one.
What paint brands do you use? +
Primarily Sherwin-Williams and Benjamin Moore — both at the upper end of their product lines. We don't cut corners on materials, because cheap paint always shows up later.
Do you offer a warranty? +
Yes. Every interior and exterior project comes with a written 2-year workmanship warranty. If anything peels, bubbles, or fails because of how we applied it, we come back and fix it.
How long does a typical project take? +
A single room is usually 1–2 days. A full interior is typically 1–3 weeks. Exterior projects depend heavily on weather but average 1–2 weeks. We'll give you a realistic timeline up front.
Do I need to move my furniture? +
Nope. We'll move it to the center of the room, cover everything with clean drop cloths, and put it back when we're done. You don't lift a finger.
Do you handle wallpaper removal? +
We do. Wallpaper removal is priced separately because it's slow, careful work — but yes, we handle it, including any plaster repair underneath.
When is the best time of year for exterior painting? +
In the Northeast, late spring through early fall is ideal — temperatures consistently above 50°F and dry conditions. We book up fast for those months, so it's worth calling ahead in early spring.
Do you take credit cards? +
Yes — we accept all major cards, checks, ACH, and Zelle. Most clients pay a small deposit at scheduling and the balance on completion.
