Everything below is performed by our own employed crew, quoted in writing, and covered by the same three-year workmanship warranty. Prices shown are typical starting points for occupied homes in the Twin Cities — your written quote is exact.
Interior painting
Most of our work is repainting lived-in homes: 1920s stucco bungalows in Macalester-Groveland, split-levels in Woodbury, downtown condos with tight elevator windows. The finish is only ever as good as what happens before the paint.

Exterior painting
Minnesota gives us roughly late April to early October. We book exteriors in that window only, and we watch dew point rather than the calendar — coating cold, damp siding at 6pm in September is how a two-year paint job happens.

Cabinet refinishing
A full kitchen typically runs four to six working days and costs a fraction of replacement. Doors and drawer fronts are labelled, removed and sprayed off-site in a dust-controlled setup; boxes are sprayed in place behind sealed zip walls.

Clinics, dental offices, salons, small warehouses, corridors and rental turnovers. We carry general liability and workers’ compensation coverage and can provide certificates of insurance naming your entity before we start.

Colour consultation
Colour looks different on a chip, on a screen, and on your north-facing wall at 4pm in January. We bring large brush-outs of your shortlist, hang them where the light actually falls, and leave them with you overnight before anything is ordered.
