Every service below includes our standard prep, product, two-coat (where needed) coverage, and end-of-job walk-through.
From a single accent wall to a whole-house refresh. We mask trim, cover floors edge-to-edge, fill nail holes, sand glossy spots, prime stains, and roll two finish coats. Doors are usually pulled and sprayed at our shop.

Soft-wash, scrape failing paint, sand, replace failing caulk, spot-prime bare wood, then two coats of premium acrylic. Brick and stucco get elastomeric where it makes sense. Trim is brushed for the cleanest line.

Doors and drawers come back to Smith Road for a dust-controlled spray booth finish. Boxes are sanded, primed, and brushed on site. Hardware is reused or replaced from a sample we'll bring to your kitchen.

Crown, baseboard, casing, panel doors, built-ins. Hand-sanded between coats. Waterborne enamel for a hard, smooth finish that holds up to chairs, dogs, and toddler trucks.
Typical range: $4–$7 per linear foot for trim
Power-wash, brighten with oxalic, neutralize, then a penetrating stain. Solid color, semi-transparent, or natural — we'll show you sample boards before we commit.
Typical range: $1.80–$3.40 per square foot
Old wallpaper steamed and scraped, residue washed off, walls skim-coated and sanded smooth before paint. Popcorn ceiling scraping available in occupied homes with proper containment.
