Our process

A clear plan makes painting easier.

We organize projects around four practical stages: understand the space, define the scope, prepare carefully, then paint and review.

1. Conversation & walkthrough

We learn what you want changed, look at the surfaces, discuss timing, and identify questions that could affect the scope.

2. Scope & estimate

We outline the work, surfaces, preparation, products or finish requirements where known, and the project assumptions that matter.

3. Protect & prepare

Furniture and floors are protected as appropriate. Surfaces are cleaned and prepared, including filling, sanding, caulking, and priming when required by the scope.

4. Paint & review

Finish coats are applied according to the agreed scope. At completion, we review the work, address reasonable punch-list items, and leave the space tidy.

Before work

Confirm colors, access, furniture arrangements, surfaces, timing, and any special site requirements.

During work

Keep communication open, protect active areas, and maintain a clean work zone.

At completion

Walk the project, note any agreed touch-ups, and make sure the space is ready for normal use.
