Burkholder & Vale Painting Co. ("we", "us", "our") operates this website at https://source4painting.ca. We're a small painting company based in Acworth, Georgia. This page explains what limited personal information we collect from visitors and customers, why we collect it, and how it's stored and shared.
We do not sell or rent your information to anyone. We share it only with the small number of vendors needed to run our business: our website host, our email provider, our accounting software, and our payment processor. Each of those vendors is contractually required to protect your information.
We will disclose information if required to do so by a valid legal process (subpoena, court order).
Estimate requests are kept for 24 months. Customer invoices and project records are kept for 7 years to comply with tax law. You may request earlier deletion of inquiry records by emailing admin@freetrafficstack.com.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you, and to opt out of marketing emails (we send very few). To exercise any of these rights, email us at admin@freetrafficstack.com and we'll respond within 30 days.
Our services are not directed at children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them.
We use TLS encryption on this site, restrict internal access to customer records, and keep backups in encrypted form. No system is ever 100% secure, but we take reasonable, current measures.
If we make material changes to this policy we'll update the date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, notify active customers by email.
