As an experienced painter, you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for delivering top-notch painting services to our residential and commercial clients. Your expertise in various painting techniques and attention to detail will ensure that our projects are completed to the highest standard and exceed our customers’ expectations.
-Prepare surfaces before painting by cleaning, sanding, and patching holes or cracks.
-Apply paint, stain, varnish, and other finishes using brushes, rollers, or sprayers.
-Ensure proper mixing and matching of colors for seamless and consistent results.
-Adhere to safety guidelines and use appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) during all painting tasks.
-Work efficiently and effectively to meet project deadlines while maintaining high-quality workmanship.
-Collaborate with the team and communicate with project managers to ensure smooth workflow and client satisfaction.
-Inspecting, maintaining and cleaning painting tools and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition.
-Proven experience as a painter with a strong portfolio of past projects.
-In-depth knowledge of various painting techniques, materials, and tools.
-Ability to work with different types of paint, stains, and finishes.
-Detail-oriented with excellent color perception and attention to precision.
-Strong physical stamina to handle the demands of the job, including standing, bending, and lifting.
-Exceptional time management skills and the ability to meet project deadlines.
-Reliable and punctual, demonstrating a strong work ethic.
-Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation is required. Working at heights is a requirement.
-Competitive compensation based on experience and performance. Experienced painters will make anywhere from $20 – $30 hourly depending on experience level.
